1. What we do

Globos Galore provides custom balloon decor, installations, and event styling for weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, birthdays, grand openings, and every kind of celebration in between. That includes full on-site installs, grab-and-go arrangements, DIY balloon kits, and Bobo balloons. The specific pieces we’re building for your event are spelled out in your written quote or invoice.

2. Booking and deposits

Your date is reserved once we’ve received a signed quote and a non-refundable 50% deposit. Until then, the date stays open and may be booked by another client. The deposit goes toward the total balance and covers our design time, sourcing, and materials reserved specifically for your event.

The remaining balance is due seven (7) days before your event. Late final payments may delay or cancel setup.

3. Payment methods

We accept credit card, debit card, Zelle, Venmo, and cash. Invoices are sent through our booking platform and include a secure payment link. A 3% processing fee may apply to card payments.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

• More than 30 days before your event: the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future date within 12 months, subject to availability.
• 15–30 days before: the deposit is forfeited and any additional payments made are non-refundable.
• Fewer than 14 days before: the full balance is due and non-refundable because materials have already been ordered and the date has been held exclusively for you.
• Our cancellation: in the rare case we can’t deliver because of illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, you’ll receive a full refund of all payments made. That’s the maximum extent of our liability in that scenario.

5. Setup, venue access, and teardown

You’re responsible for making sure we have timely access to the venue, adequate space, power where needed, and any permissions required by the venue for balloon installations (helium, ceiling attachment points, outdoor anchoring, etc.). If access is delayed or restricted, we’ll do everything we reasonably can to complete the install, but we can’t guarantee a full setup under those conditions.

Teardown is included when specified in your quote. Otherwise, balloons are yours to keep or dispose of after the event.

6. Materials, weather, and outdoor events

Balloons are a latex and foil product and are sensitive to heat, direct sun, wind, and cold. For outdoor events, we’ll recommend materials and placement suited to the conditions, but we can’t guarantee how balloons will perform in extreme weather. If severe weather forces an outdoor install to be moved or modified on the day of the event, we’ll work with you to adapt the design; additional labor or materials may be billed.

7. Photography, video, and social media

We love sharing the work we do. By booking with us, you grant Globos Galore permission to photograph the decor and installations at your event and use those images on our website, Instagram, Facebook, and marketing materials. We will never publish photos that include identifiable guests without permission, and we’re happy to exclude your event from our public portfolio if you let us know in writing before the event.

8. Damages and site care

We treat every venue with respect and use installation methods appropriate to the surface. You agree to cover the cost of any damage to our equipment, rental pieces, or balloons caused by guests, pets, or venue conditions outside our control. Likewise, we’ll cover any damage to the venue directly caused by our team’s negligence.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Idaho law, Globos Galore’s total liability for any claim related to your booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost time, emotional distress, or third-party costs. Balloons are a decorative product and are not intended for children under 8 years old without supervision; please keep uninflated balloons and small fragments away from young children.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute arising from a booking will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Twin Falls County, Idaho.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date you book your event is the one that applies to your booking. The current version is always posted at this URL with the effective date at the top.
