If you email, text, or call us directly, we collect whatever you send in that message along with your contact details. If you book and pay for an event, our payment processor collects your billing information; we never see or store your full card number.

• Respond to your inquiry and put together a quote
• Plan, schedule, and execute your event
• Send invoices, receipts, and scheduling updates
• Follow up after your event to make sure everything went well
• Occasionally send a note about a promotion or seasonal offering — you can opt out at any time

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, profiling, or anything that would be a surprise based on the list above.

3. Who processes your information

We use trusted third-party services to run parts of our business. These companies process your information on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies:

• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — our contact form, CRM, and scheduling software. Form submissions are stored in our GoHighLevel account.
• Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise — protects our forms from spam and bots. Google may collect hardware and software information to provide this service.
• Email and SMS providers — deliver messages we send you.
• Payment processors — handle deposits and final payments.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever.
